We are aware that participating in Lunchtime Legends can be dangerous, and in undertaking such an activity we do so of our own free will and entirely at our own risk. We are aware that it is a condition of entry to the competition that Lunchtime Legends, all its sponsors and officials, members, servants or agents are absolved from all liability howsoever arising from injury or damage howsoever caused (whether fatal or otherwise) arising out of participation in this competition or in any way whatsoever due to any negligent act, breach of duty, default and/or omission on the part of Lunchtime Legends, its sponsors and officials, members, servants or agents. We agree to abide by the rules as determined by the organisers. And we further warrant that we are in a fit state of health to participate and that if we are in any doubt as to this we will undergo a physical examination by our own doctors before playing. We understand that if a participant is pregnant, even with her doctor’s approval, she does so at her own risk. We understand that if we are not a permanent employee of the company we are representing that we may not be covered by work cover in the event of an injury and that we should consider taking out our own personal accident insurance.

Entering a team online IS NOT an confirmation of automatic entry into the competition. Teams will be advised when the entry has been accepted.

If your team withdraws prior to the start of the competition a $50 administration fee will be charged. Once a competition has started, no refunds will be made.

Wet Weather

Wet weather notification is updated daily on the Lunchtime Legends website by 9.30am on each day of play. If in doubt, please call 0416 499 118 for clarification.

Outdoor Venues

Team captains please check the field availability status on our website after 9:30am on the day of play if the weather is doubtful. Lunchtime Legends tries to offer 2 washout replacement rounds per season, conducted either on the same day (season extension) or an alternate weekday to the regular game during the regular round robin competition, subject to ground availability. Lunchtime sessions will be played between 11.30am and 2.30pm (City Domain day time sessions may vary) and Sunset sessions will be played between 5.30pm and 7.30pm, with one weeks notice given. Teams must play washout replacement rounds as scheduled or will be deemed to have forfeited the round. In the event of more than two washout rounds further replacement rounds will be offered based on field availability, and if games cannot be replayed, washout rounds will be deemed drawn games. In the event of the venue being open but the day is threatened with lightning or heavy winds, Lunchtime Legends has the right to postpone the round for the safety of participants and staff.

Should a game not proceed as scheduled due to venue or staff availability, these games will be treated in the same manner as a washout round.

Indoor Venues

For indoor venues, no washout rounds are offered, however should a game not proceed as scheduled due to venue or staff availability, these games will be treated as a washout round. Replacement games may be played either on the same day (season extension) or an alternate weekday with Lunchtime Sessions scheduled between 11.30am and 2.30pm and Sunset sessions between 5.30pm and 7.30pm during the regular round robin competition, with one weeks notice given. Teams must play replacement rounds as scheduled or will be deemed to have forfeited the round.

Please Note: Lunchtime Legends generally has to pay for the use of grounds irrespective of weather conditions, and often does not receive compensation for days lost. Replacement rounds usually incur an additional expense for venue hire and rescheduling that we must pay for. We are happy to do this as part of our value proposition for our clients, but we do not refund monies paid for games lost due to poor weather or grounds being unsuitable for play.

Online Payment Terms & Conditions

If you pay by credit card on this website your card information will be sent to a secure website and can only be retrieved by an authorised Lunchtime Legends staff member. You will be sent a receipt of payment via email once payment is processed.

Please note, we only accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments.

Credit card payments attract a 1.75% financial services fee which is applied in addition to the quoted cost.
